Micava is currently a free, invitation-only service. Access is provided at our discretion and may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Invitations are issued by users of the platform, but the project owners of winequest.ai retain final control over who may access Micava. We may suspend or revoke access to any account at any time, including accounts created through invitations, without prior notice.

We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, usage limits, or other access conditions in the future.

While we intend to maintain and improve Micava, we make no commitment that the service, your access, or any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

Micava may use artificial intelligence and third-party services for features such as wine recognition, metadata, images, recommendations, and other functionality.

Information provided by these services may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable and should not be considered authoritative.

winequest.ai currently covers certain AI and infrastructure costs at its discretion. We may introduce limits, modify, charge for, suspend, or discontinue these features at any time.

You remain responsible for the information, images, notes, and other content you add to Micava.

We aim to protect and preserve your information, but Micava is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, or permanent data preservation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winequest.ai will not be liable for data loss, inaccurate information, service interruptions, unauthorized access, third-party service failures, or direct or indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of Micava.

Micava, including its software, design, branding, features, and underlying technology, is owned by winequest.ai or its applicable licensors. All rights are reserved.

We may modify these Terms or the Micava service as the product evolves. Continued use of Micava after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
